- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

3. Return Conditions:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.
4. Delivery Time:
- Delivery times are estimated based on the destination. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Shipping Issues:
LufuRose is not liable for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses, courier issues, or natural disasters. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Return Policy
Due to the delicate and custom nature of our preserved flowers, please note the following return terms:
1. Non-Refundable Items:
- Preserved flower arrangements are non-refundable due to their unique nature and customization. Slight variations in color, shape, or size are natural and not considered defects.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging to initiate a claim.
- Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Return Conditions:
- Returns are only accepted if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was sent.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lufuroses.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Process:
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Exclusions:
- We are not responsible for products damaged due to improper care, exposure to sunlight, or humidity after delivery
