• Preserved flowers are natural and may have slight variations in color, shape, or size. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or return.
• Custom or personalized arrangements are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

• If your arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for assessment.
• Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

• Returns are only accepted if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was sent.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Contact us at contact@lufuroses.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.
• Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

• Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

• We do not accept returns or refunds for delays caused by shipping couriers.
